In the beginning

In a far away place, long ago, we were the “inimitable” rhythm section for Mozart and the Wolfgang.  Gigs usually twice every weekend, blowing out the walls at Temple Gardens, holding down the streets of Moose Jaw and traveling through most of the southern part of SK.  One week ago in Edmonton, Don Quinn and I met for the first time in almost forty years to compare notes.

Don Quinn … it’s been 40 years since I’ve seen you! BTW, I was the ‘inimitable’ guitar player for the aforementioned Mozart and the Wolfgang.

Don Quinn…….. it is a pleasure to see you again. Hopefully our paths will cross before we leave this world.
I think we should set up a fan page for Mozart and the Wolfgang. Lots of stories and photos.
I believe your first faux bass was a wine colored gibson solid body guitar at the auditorium of Peacock High School.
Just thinking about it almost takes me back there.
And the muscular prowess in your neck to stand on your head and play bass for a whole set and St. John’s.
Peace upon you and His Konopakiness.
