James Lisitza and Sylvia Jonescu-Lisitza were founding members of the Photographers Gallery in Saskatoon – one of the early artist-run-centres in Canada. Sylvia realized I am in Vancouver and teaching at Emily Carr and took the time to call me. Out of the blue, my phone rang and we found ourselves together again. Here we are in my studio after a lapse of many, many years. It was so sweet to reconnect. We are not going to lose track again…
